The HealthySteps National Office at ZERO TO THREE is soliciting proposals from pediatric and family medicine practices across the country interested in receiving training and technical support to implement the evidence-based HealthySteps (HS) model.
The National Office recently established a one-time scholarship fund ($100,000), made possible by the generosity of The Oak Foundation, that will allow for conducting a select number of trainings at no cost to new HealthySteps sites. Scholarships are expected to be issued in Fall 2020. Up to five scholarships will be made by the National Office.
Q&A from informational sessions for interested sites will be posted here.
